We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, with plenty of restaurants and services within walking distance. The staff were friendly and professional, always offering their assistance. The room was well-equipped and comfortable, with amenities like a refrigerator and electric hot water pot. The hotel also had a spa and wellness center, with a sauna, swimming pool, jacuzzi. the hotel provided enhanced comfort and quality services, making our stay here even better than our previous experience at a well-known chain hotel.

Despite the low expectations from recent reviews, the hotel proved them wrong. the staff at the reception were professional and welcoming, and I was able to check in smoothly. the facilities at the hotel were impressive, with a wide range of options for entertainment and relaxation. From the extra large pool to the tennis and basketball courts, jacuzzi, sauna, table tennis, and even soccer. I particularly enjoyed the beautiful view of the lake from my balcony, making my evenings even more enjoyable.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The room had a fresh clean smell and everything was mind-blowingly great. The bed was super comfortable, and I was thrilled to find plenty of outlet plugs and USB ports for all my devices. The shower water was strong and hot, making for a refreshing start to the day. The breakfast selections were not only good but also really tasty. The staff were incredibly nice and friendly, especially those who helped with the wedding. The catered food was well cooked and absolutely delicious. A special shout-out to the hostess at breakfast, Liza, who was not only very nice but also extremely helpful. The swimming pool with all its activities was fantastic, and I couldn't get enough of it. The hotel's location was perfect, almost in the center of the city. And the view from our room was jaw-droppingly superb, even though we had asked for a city view but were given a lagoon view instead. The breakfast itself was nothing short of fantastic, although I felt that the food arrangement could have been better. The cleanliness throughout the hotel was top-notch. The room service was great, and the customer service overall was exceptional. I can't thank the hotel enough for the romantic stay they provided. All in all, I had a super enjoyable time and I would definitely choose this hotel again if I ever visit in the future.

As longer term business travelers, we appreciated the attentive staff, especially Stephanie from Tea Garden. The receptionist was kind and allowed us to check in early. The location of the hotel in the heart of Sharjah was convenient, and the bus trips to Al Khan Beach were a nice alternative. The room was clean, well-furnished, and had comfortable beds. The hotel provided reliable Wi-Fi and a refreshing swimming pool. The breakfast was fantastic with Mohsen making our mornings delightful.

Best aspects of the hotel were the reasonable price and the friendly staff. the hotel was conveniently located near shops and some restaurants. I've stayed at Holiday International three times now, and each time I've been impressed by the quality and price. The staff, especially Mrs. Nadia at reception, is always kind, helpful and professional. The hotel has great facilities, including 2 large tennis courts and 2 fitness gyms with all the equipment you need. The location is also fantastic, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, as well as beautiful Al Noor Island within walking distance. The rooms are clean and spacious, with good air conditioning and a balcony to enjoy the fresh air. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and the view of the bay from the balcony is stunning.

We were pleasantly surprised by the breathtaking views from our room. The modern and newish lobby/lounge added to the overall positive experience. The staff seemed happy and very pleasant, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The hotel's location by the side of the lake area was ideal.
