I had a great stay at the Hyatt Place in Dubai. The location was convenient and the reception staff were very accommodating. The room was comfortable and clean, and I especially loved the bed. The pool area was also a highlight, and my kids really enjoyed it. There were plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby, making it easy to find places to eat. I would recommend this hotel.

While there were some minor issues, such as the lack of a hairdryer in the bathroom and some dust on the furniture, these did not significantly affect my stay. Additionally, the hotel could improve on providing information about local attractions and amenities.

The two bedroom apartment was spacious and felt like a home away from home. The cleaning staff did an excellent job keeping the rooms tidy. The breakfast variety was great, and the staff was courteous. The hotel's location was convenient, with many good restaurants nearby and close proximity to the Metro. It was also near the Aviation training center, which was a plus. we highly recommend this hotel and look forward to coming back.

The gym is well equipped and the employees are friendly.

Some guests have reported issues with front desk staff charging them extra for dinner or asking for color passport copies, making the check-in process difficult.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. the one bed apartment was spacious and had all the amenities I needed, including a fully equipped kitchen and two TVs. the free shuttle bus to the nearby mall was a great convenience, especially for the kids. the staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options. I also appreciated the free and fast wifi. I would definitely recommend Hyatt Place and stay here again on my next visit to Dubai.

From the moment I arrived, I was impressed with the good customer service of the staff. The location was perfect, with easy access to a 24-hour store and the best attractions of this place. I appreciated the facilities such as the outdoor heated swimming pool, fitness centre and jacuzzi. My room was spacious and had all the amenities I needed, including a flat-screen TV, soundproofed walls, and free toiletries. I had a great experience here.
