We had such an amazing stay at this hotel! From the moment we booked, the staff at Hyde Hotel went above and beyond to make our experience special. Gigi, in particular, was incredibly helpful in planning a surprise proposal for my fiancée. The hotel itself is brand new and conveniently located near the Burj Khalifa. The staff, including Tairon and Grace, were friendly and accommodating. The Cleo Restaurant and Hudson restaurant served delicious food, and room service was prompt and delicious. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone!

I had a fantastic stay at a hotel in this city. The staff were exceptional, from the reception to housekeeping. Yasser at Front Office and Raheem who assisted me were extremely helpful. The hotel's restaurant served some of the finest food I have ever tasted. The location of the hotel was perfect, just a 5-minute taxi ride away from a popular mall.

Our room had breathtaking canal views, it was well-equipped and maintained. We requested a special anniversary cake and the hotel staff delivered beyond our expectations. A truly memorable stay, highly recommended. Overall I'd definitely stay at this hotel again.

We had an amazing stay at Hyde Hotel! The property was clean and spacious, with comfortable beds. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The private balconies in every room were a great feature, perfect for tanning. The hotel is conveniently located in the business bay area, just a short distance from Dubai mall. We enjoyed the beautiful view of the Dubai Canal. The room service breakfast was delicious. we loved the hotel and would definitely recommend it to our family and friends.

During our stay at the Hyde Hotel, we were impressed by the stunning view from our room's balcony. The sight of the iconic Burj Khalifa towering over the city was simply breathtaking. The hotel's location in the business bay was ideal, with easy access to nearby attractions and a convenient supermarket nearby. The design of the hotel exuded luxury, and the staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to assist with any request. Our room exceeded expectations, with spaciousness, cleanliness, and top-notch soundproofing. The king-size bed was incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom was well-designed and efficient. We also enjoyed the breakfast at the main restaurant, and the outside terrace provided a lovely start to our day. The gym offered a great view, ensuring a motivating workout. And of course, we made it a point to indulge in the spa, where the extensive massage options rejuvenated our senses.

One drawback we encountered was the expensive pricing at the Japanese restaurant. Additionally, there was a lack of knowledge among staff regarding the frequency of the public bus, which led to misinformation.

I stayed at Hyde Hotel for a short visit and was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional service and value for money. The staff was always smiling and catered to my every need. The food from Cleo was excellent and the gym was modern and empty. Room service was quick and attentive, with sheets changed upon request. I highly recommend staying in room 2211 for a great experience.

my recent stay at a hotel in dubai was amazing. it exceeded my expectations with its amazing staff, lovely cafe, great gym, and fantastic steam and sauna rooms. the executive room with dual balconies and a view of burj khalifa was huge and had all the amenities. the location was also quite convenient, with a mall just 10 minutes away. overall, it was a memorable experience that made my stay extra special.
