The cleanliness of the room left a lot to be desired, with dirty cups and glasses not being properly cleaned. the attention to detail, such as wiping down the sink and mirrors, was lacking.

My recent stay at Golden Tulip was exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and friendliness. The hotel's modern and comfortable decor added a touch of elegance to our experience. The food, both for breakfast and dinner, was delicious and the portions were generous. We even had the opportunity to book our trips through the hotel, and they did not disappoint. Additionally, the hotel's location on the tram line made it convenient for exploring the city, and there were plenty of nice restaurants nearby. The staff were polite, accommodating, and even provided us with extra pillows upon request. I had a great 5 nights stay in this fabulous hotel. The comfortable and clean room, the welcoming and friendly staff, the ideal location, and the delicious breakfast all contributed to an unforgettable experience. Despite a couple of minor drawbacks, such as the temporary inconvenience of the wheelchair accessible entrance and the under-construction gym, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. I was extremely satisfied with my stay at Golden Tulip and would definitely choose to stay here again in the future.
