A minor inconvenience was the excessive number of reminder emails about payment before checking in, as mentioned by one guest.

The hotel had a great bar with tasty cocktails, and the pool deck offered amazing views of the city skyline. The food at Open Sesame was delicious and they even had specialty coffee. And let's not forget the entertainment at the nearby arena and Dubai Opera.

Oh, what a shame, there was nothing that I didn't like about my stay. It was absolutely perfect.

The atmosphere was fantastic, and the staff were remarkably friendly and helpful. the breakfast at Indigo offered a wide range of delicious choices and excellent service. My room had a beautiful view, a comfortable bed, a pristine bathroom, and modern amenities. the pool bar provided a cool hangout spot with stunning city views. the hotel offered convenient in-room PCR testing services through their travel desk, making travel preparations hassle-free.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The parking options were convenient with free underground parking and valet service available. The location was perfect, just a short 15-minute walk to Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa. We also appreciated the easy access to the mo pavements and busy motorways. The breakfast provided a wide variety of delicious options, including eggs benedict, omelettes, cheese, cold cuts, and more. The staff were attentive and supportive throughout our stay. Special mention to Mac and Fernando for their exceptional service.

The hotel's artsy interior impressed me, and the rooms had a great vibe. The pool area was lovely, and the vegan/vegetarian breakfast was delicious. Although my room was facing the street, it was surprisingly quiet at night. I would recommend Indigo.

I had a wonderful stay at Indigo. The staff went above and beyond to make my birthday special with a beautiful room design and a delicious birthday cake. The artistic design of the room was a highlight for me, and the food at dinner and breakfast was both tasty and healthy. The location was convenient, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. Despite a few minor issues, overall I highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of luxury and exclusive amenities. the room was spacious and had all the necessary facilities for a comfortable stay. the staff was friendly and provided excellent service. the Spa & wellness centre was outstanding and the massage was one of the best I've had. the outdoor swimming pool was amazing, with sun loungers and a sun terrace. the garden area was well-maintained and provided a peaceful retreat.

It was not possible to switch this feature off, which was a bit annoying.
