Helpful and efficient staff, although they could greet returning guests more consistently. Smooth check-in and check-out process.

During my Christmas stay, I was pleasantly surprised by two things. First, the cozy atmosphere of the hotel made me feel right at home. Second, the breakfast was absolutely amazing, with a wide selection of delicious options to choose from. the hotel's location near trains, buses, and plenty of restaurants was a key advantage, making it easy for me to explore the city and try out different local cuisines.

The staff did their best to resolve the issue and even offered to change my room. In the end, I decided it wasn't a big deal as the temperature was still bearable.

The double bed in the standard room was not very comfortable, as it was not long or wide enough. Additionally, the inner courtyard view was disappointing, as it lacked natural daylight.

Stayed for 3 nights, staff left birthday cake and card in the room when they discovered the purpose of our trip. Central location, clean and modern room, comfy bed. Local restaurants nearby are good and not too pricey. Eixample quarter perfect for exploring, with bars, cafeterias, and supermarkets around the corner. Quiet and spacious rooms, helpful and friendly staff. Trust bar available 24/7. Excellent breakfast buffet. Will definitely book again.
