I got great value for my money at J5 Rimal Hotel in Dubai. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The location was super convenient with easy access to the metro, supermarkets, and pharmacies. The staff, including Mr. Sayed, Mr. Anas, Helen, Binish, Gayan, Subin, and Kevin.

The breakfast option could be improved with a wider variety of dishes.

The location of the hotel was excellent, with many major attractions, transport options, shopping centers, and restaurants within a walking distance. We were able to easily visit iconic landmarks such as Burj Khalifa, Dubai Mall, Dubai Frame, and even Global Village. there were lots of restaurants around, providing ample dining options.

The cleanliness of the rooms left much to be desired. The frypan and saucepan provided in the kitchenette were badly scratched and worn, and there were no supplies for washing and drying the dishes.

During my Christmas stay at this hotel, I absolutely loved the warm and friendly staff. They went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and even surprised my wife with a cake and flowers for her birthday. the breakfast spread was also fantastic, with a wide variety of both Western and Arabic dishes. the location was superb, situated conveniently close to all the main attractions, transportation options, and shopping areas.

One aspect that I didn't appreciate was the cleanliness of the room, specifically the bathroom. There were a couple of instances where it wasn't up to par, and we had to request the housekeeping staff to clean it multiple times.

The hotel feels like a home away from home, with the staff making you feel welcomed and taken care of. They even accommodated my early check-in and went out of their way to ensure I had a room available as soon as possible. The location is great, with lots of shops right outside the hotel and easy access to other places. The rooms are comfortable and spacious, providing a comfortable stay.

I recently stayed at J5 Rimal for a few days and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed. The staff was extremely polite and sincere, attending to me with full attention. The room was large and well-equipped, and I particularly loved the comfortable bed and great shower pressure. The room maid, who I believe was Nigerian, was excellent in his professional attitude and was quick to get more coffee portions. The location was superb, with many restaurants and supermarkets around. I had a fantastic experience and would definitely recommend staying here.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was perfect for us, with easy access to the metro and taxis. The staff, especially Walter and the Guest Relations Manager, were incredible and went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and valued. The front desk staff and bellmen were always cheerful and attentive. We didn't have time to try the restaurant or pool, but everything looked great.

What sets this place apart though is the amazing service provided by the staff, from the friendly bell staff and receptionists to the helpful housekeepers and room service personnel. The amenities were also top-notch, with a 24-hour room service, dry cleaning, grocery shopping service, and limousine service. The room itself was cozy and had everything I needed, including a refrigerator, a washing machine, and a toaster. The hotel also has leisure facilities that I especially enjoyed, like the sauna, outdoor swimming pool, and steam room.

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting this area.
