During our stay, we were impressed with the location of the hotel. It was near everything we wanted to see in the area. We especially appreciated being close to the MARTA train station and a nearby church. The room was comfortable and the bathroom facilities were lovely. The service was excellent and we enjoyed a satisfying breakfast.

We did experience some difficulty with the TV system, which was almost unusable due to its poor signal.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The rooms were spacious and updated, providing a comfortable environment for us to relax in. The location of the hotel was perfect, as it was close to everything we wanted to see in this city. Additionally, the breakfast served was absolutely delicious, with a variety of options to choose from that satisfied our appetites. the cleanliness, hotel facilities, and convenient parking made our stay even more enjoyable.

The room size and bathrooms at the hotel were excellent. The spaciousness and luxuriousness of the rooms were impressive. Additionally, the location of the hotel was perfect, with many nearby restaurants and a great mall just a short walk away. This made it convenient for dining and shopping during our stay. Furthermore, the hotel staff were exceptional, always going above and beyond to assist us in any way they could.

There were a few negative aspects that affected our stay. One issue was with the breakfast on Mother's Day, which was held in a small buffet room and the service was subpar. The servers were hard to find, we had to retrieve our own silverware, and it was not the best way to start the day. Another downside was the lack of attention to detail in terms of room maintenance. We encountered broken items, stained towels, dusty remote controls, and worn-out robes. These issues indicated a lack of care and attention to detail in housekeeping and maintenance.

I recently stayed at Intercontinental in Buckhead for 9 nights. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms had a great city view and the beds were very comfortable. The gym was excellent and the breakfast served was delicious. The dining room staff was attentive and the overall service was top-notch. I highly recommend this hotel.

Nothing not to like.

This hotel has a great location that allows easy access to different places such as the botanical gardens or the Marta station. Moreover, the hotel staff provides exceptional service, and the basic amenities are well-maintained. Finally, the rooms are comfortable and offer a great view of the entire downtown area.

During my recent stay at Intercontinental, I had a great time enjoying the centralized location and checking out process. The hotel's location in Buckhead is perfect for easy access to the city and other areas. The checking out process was smooth and efficient, making my departure hassle-free. I had a pleasant stay at Intercontinental Buckhead. The hotel's beautiful property, well-kept rooms, and friendly staff made my visit enjoyable. Despite the small issues encountered, I would recommend this hotel for a comfortable and convenient stay in Atlanta.

Although my overall experience was positive, I did encounter a couple of minor issues. The key card for parking didn't work daily, causing inconvenience when in a rush. Additionally, it would have been nice to have valet service upon arrival, as we had to handle our luggage and self-park due to the absence of a bellhop.

I had a fantastic time during my recent stay at this hotel. It was conveniently located close to many shopping centers, making it easy for me to run my errands. The room service, bell staff/porter, and housekeeping were exceptional, and the staff had been trained well in customer service. The spa and wellness center were an added bonus, with a swimming pool, jacuzzi, and treatment rooms for massages and facials. I also appreciated the amenities in my room, from the ironing facilities to the mini-bar. The dining restaurant was another highlight, with special diet menus and superb customer service.

The location was great, close to restaurants and shops. The bedding was comfortable and the complimentary breakfast and Wi-Fi were a plus.

The staff was unfriendly and unhelpful, with slow service and attitude problems. Additionally, the spa was not properly staffed and my massage therapist smelled like cigarettes, ruining the relaxing experience. the customer service left much to be desired.

Well-maintained property with friendly, genuine staff. Comfortable, spacious rooms with great views from higher floors. Enjoyable happy hour with a good selection of appetizers. Excellent pool and fitness facilities, though signage could be improved. The hotel effectively creates a lively atmosphere.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The luxurious amenities met all of our needs and expectations. The Spa & wellness centre was exceptional, offering an Outdoor swimming pool, Jacuzzi, Body scrub, Massage, Facial and more. The service was impeccable, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. The restaurant and Bar area provided Special diet menus and the menu was delicious. Moreover, the private facilities in this hotel were truly exceptional and added to the exclusivity of our stay.

There was a minor issue with the pillows. Despite requesting new ones, they were still too thin, which affected our sleep quality. Other than that, everything was fantastic. The location was convenient and the venue was beautiful, featuring Sun loungers, Garden area, Treatment room, and Spa lounge. We highly recommend this hotel!
