We stayed at Ja Beach for a few nights on a business trip and were pleasantly surprised by the location and facilities. The staff was friendly and provided excellent service. The hotel is away from the busy city, making it a perfect place to relax without a long drive. The beach was fantastic, and there were plenty of on-site restaurants to choose from. our stay at Ja Beach was worth every penny.

Absolutely nothing.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. the location was perfect, with lush gardens surrounding it and a beautiful, clean beach just a few steps away. The service was exceptional, with the staff always going the extra mile to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The rooms were well-equipped, with beds to relax on in the garden area and a balcony to enjoy the stunning views. Breakfast was also a delight, with a wide variety of choices to suit all tastes. Finally, the prices were very reasonable, making this hotel an excellent value for money. I particularly liked the fact that there were many helpful staff, just like in the second review, who were always ready to assist with any needs.

Spent Easter holidays at an amazing hotel resort! Loved the complementary kids club and the amazing pool. the staff were friendly and always ready to help. the breakfast buffet had a lot of variety and tasty food. Also loved the beautiful beach with crystal clear water and soft sand. the location was perfect, close to restaurants and shops.

The lack of vegan options at the restaurants. Only one restaurant had a couple of vegan options on the menu.

As party people, we thoroughly enjoyed the vibrant atmosphere of the hotel. There were plenty of activities to keep us entertained, such as water sports and a variety of pools. The hotel's own beach offered a large space to relax and enjoy the ocean view. In-room dining service was speedy, and the pool bar provided a great selection of drinks. The hotel truly had something for everyone, whether you wanted to stay active or simply unwind with a good book on the grassy area of the beach.

We felt very comfortable during our stay, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. Nothing was too much trouble for them.

We had a fantastic time at this hotel with a clean and comfortable room. The staff were polite, friendly and very helpful. The pool was perfect for a relaxing afternoon, and the food at the Italian restaurant was delicious. Although it was a little far from town, the hotel offered free shuttle service to the main attractions. I'll definitely recommend this hotel.
