I had a fantastic experience enjoying the vibrant feel of the area with easy access to JBR Beach, just a short walk away, and marveling at the majestic Flying Cup located less than 1 km from my hotel, which made exploring the city a breeze! The hotel staff was very pleasant, making sure my stay was comfortable with spacious, clean rooms.

Great room upgrade and extensive breakfast options!

dirty hot water in the room and a constant hassle with the key card, which never worked. i expected a complimentary gesture for my troubles but received none. such poor service almost compelled me to write a good review, but alas, they fumbled again.

The location was perfect, located just steps from the beach and lined with shops and restaurants. We easily accessed public transportation, and taxis were readily available, making exploring a breeze. The view from our sea-facing room was breathtaking and truly elevated our stay.

The pool area had limited direct sunlight due to surrounding buildings.

During my stay, I found the room lacking some basic amenities expected from a five-star establishment. There were issues with noise from nearby clubs which disrupted my sleep late into the night. Additionally, it was frustrating trying to get assistance with transportation. it felt like the staff were hesitant to help when I needed it the most.

The staff was incredibly attentive, catering to every need. The breakfast selection was extensive with fresh fruit, pastries, and live cooking stations. Our sea view room was clean and provided stunning views. 🌅

The beach access via the pool was fantastic, and I appreciated the attentive service from the staff, especially when they provided a sun umbrella and mats for my beach visit.

This place is amazing! Just a stone's throw from the beach, I loved starting my day with a cappuccino from the poolside snack bar. The sea view room was so relaxing. The staff helped with our restaurant reservations, making dining out super easy. Just wish the elevators were a bit quicker, had to wait sometimes.

The view from my room was fantastic, overlooking the beach, and the spacious accommodations were quite comfortable. While the pool area was maintained well, it was a bit noisy at night due to nearby traffic. Overall, the warm service made the experience enjoyable, and I’d consider returning.

Excellent location by the beach. the rooftop infinity pool was perfect for relaxing. Spacious room with a lovely sea view. enjoyed the wide breakfast selection and attentive staff. Visited the lounge on the 24th floor for high tea and drinks, very nice touch.

Everything met my expectations.

I was really impressed with the warm service, especially from the restaurant manager who brought ginger-lemon tea to my wife when she got sick, making us feel cared for. The themed dinner buffets were incredible, with fresh food every night, I mean, one night it was Arabic and the next Italian, I felt like a king.

It wasn't cheap but for what we got, it was still acceptable.
