This hotel exceeded my expectations. The location was great, being very close to the outlet mall for shopping and there's also a wonderful restaurant next door to the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was also spotless, which is important to me. I loved the breakfast options, especially the gluten-free choices which were a pleasant surprise. The pool area and jacuzzi were also great facilities to relax in.

The rate which I considered a bit higher compared to other hotels in the area.

Excellent hotel! Staff were very friendly and accommodating! Nice arrival bag with treats! Asked for a room away from vending and ice machine and got just that! Excellent “real” breakfast with lots of choices! Great coffee bar :) Nice little touches in the room as well! Staff folded a set of towels like a shirt and tie, so cute! Hampton will be my “go-to” during my travels!

Its location was the best experience I have ever had staying in a hotel - it was walking distance to the outlets and close to popular places like Primanti Bros. Plus, it was only a four-mile drive to the nearby college campus, which was convenient for my needs.

Clean and updated hotel with a great location near the outlet center. the room was comfortable and had useful amenities like a mini fridge and microwave. the breakfast buffet had several gluten-free options, which was a pleasant surprise. the pool area was nice and the jacuzzi was really hot.

There were some minor issues during check-out where the clerk took a bit longer due to being in the office. Also, one of the elevators was out of order during our stay, but the wait for the working elevator wasn't too long.

The check-in process was quick, and the room I stayed in was spotlessly clean and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast had a great variety of options, including fresh fruit, yogurt, eggs, and delicious waffles. Despite a few minor drawbacks, I would highly recommend this Hampton Inn. my stay was enjoyable.
