The view from my room was absolutely amazing, with stunning views of the sea and. the hotel itself was huge and beautifully decorated, with attention to detail in every corner. the rooms were clean and spacious, and the bathroom was particularly impressive. the breakfast was enjoyable and the room service dinner was delivered quickly.

the moment I arrived, the friendly staff welcomed me with warm smiles and made me feel right at home. From the helpful team at the lobby to the attentive room service and restaurant staff, everyone went above and beyond to ensure that my first year anniversary celebration was unforgettable. the hotel's facilities, comfort, and cleanliness were outstanding, but it was truly the amazing staff that made my stay truly special. Special thanks to Nasser and Kenneth from the door team for their assistance with my luggage and taxis, and even the security team for their prompt response. They made my birthday week one to remember!

We had an amazing view from our room, overlooking the magnificent Burj Al Arab. The housekeeping staff was excellent and promptly replaced all bathroom essentials. The receptionist, Harshal, went above and beyond with his exceptional service. The concierge, Maikee, made our stay enjoyable and prevented any potential misery.

I got great value for my money at Jumeirah with an amazing room and a fantastic view that even Burj Al Arab guests don't have. The hotel's location was perfect for evening walks and romantic boating, and the staff provided excellent service, including early check-in and a special birthday surprise.

The hotel had a great location near a popular water park and a beautiful beach. We also enjoyed the free access to the water park. Additionally, the receptionist was very attentive to our needs and accommodated our request for a room with a higher level and a beautiful view.

The food at the hotel did not taste good. the eggs were not fresh and the pizza had too much cheese and lacked tomato sauce.

I had an incredible stay at this hotel. The feeling of exclusivity was definitely there, as the hotel was not crowded at the pool, lobby, or beach. I was able to enjoy a peaceful and quiet atmosphere throughout my entire stay. The staff was exceptional, always finding the time to smile and greet me with positive vibes. The hotel's location was also exceptional, offering amazing views and an incredible beach. Additionally, the hotel was conveniently located near a medical center and tourist attractions such as the ocean and the Wild Wadi Water Park.

A little tip to future customers: consider paying a little extra for the executive option, as it's truly worth it. From check-in to departure, we enjoyed afternoon teas and pre-dinner drinks. The experience was simply superb!
