I recently stayed at Jumeirah in Dubai for a few days. The hotel staff were incredibly accommodating, allowing us to check in early and check out late. I stayed here for a special occasion and I must say I was impressed. This place is located in the heart of the business district and connected to a shopping mall. The service is outstanding with 24-hour room service, car hire and airport shuttle. The staff were extremely courteous and mindful, especially for my wife who is on a wheelchair. The housekeeping team always kept our room spotless and the amenities provided were exceptional. The spa and wellness centre was also great and had a range of treatments available. The best part of this hotel? The staff! They were always at our service with a smile and a "can-do" attitude.

Had a fantastic Christmas break at a hotel in the heart of the city. Loved the free shuttle service to the nearby attractions and the beautiful private beach. the included breakfast spread was delicious and abundant. we were pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary room upgrade and late check-out. the beds were comfy and the room was clean with great amenities.

The hotel's air-conditioning system was a bit of a letdown as we found it hard to control the temperature. the surrounding streets were a bit noisy and the windows did not insulate the sound enough.
