The service is outstanding with 24-hour room service, car hire and airport shuttle. The staff were extremely courteous and mindful, especially for my wife who is on a wheelchair. The housekeeping team always kept our room spotless and the amenities provided were exceptional. The spa and wellness centre was also great and had a range of treatments available. The best part of this hotel? The staff! They were always at our service with a smile and a "can-do" attitude.

The hotel's air-conditioning system was a bit of a letdown as we found it hard to control the temperature. , the surrounding streets were a bit noisy and the windows did not insulate the sound enough.
