The hotel exceeded our expectations in every aspect. The apartment we booked was spacious and beautifully appointed, perfect for our large group. The pool was brilliant and offered a refreshing break from the Dubai heat. The food at the restaurant was amazing, especially the lamb chops. We also enjoyed the free entrance to the Wild Wadi water park. The staff, particularly Siham, Febin, and Anoma, provided excellent service and made us feel welcome. I highly recommend this hotel.

Our recent stay at the hotel was nothing short of amazing! We loved the panoramic windows and spacious apartment, which had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The beds were particularly comfortable and the furniture was new and cozy. The location was perfect, with easy access to major attractions in the area. the tight security gave us peace of mind throughout our stay.

the A/C in our room was quite hot despite being set to a low temperature. the kitchen bin was too small, which made it difficult for us to dispose of our waste.

This hotel is excellent. We were pleasantly surprised by the spacious and clean apartment, equipped with a fully stocked kitchen, BBQ facilities, and rooftop pool with sun loungers and umbrellas. The ambience is fantastic, with a serene garden area and sauna for relaxation. We also enjoyed the tasty restaurant buffet for dinner, and the manager, Wajeeh, provided exceptional service. The location is convenient with metro station close by, and the venue provides special diet menus.

There was a minor issue during our stay when we were asked to pay a penalty fee for a small cigarette burn in the couch, which seemed unreasonable. the hotel made our luxurious needs fulfilled, and we would recommend it to anyone who wants to experience exclusive amenities.
