Friendly and accommodating staff. We had an issue with the WiFi in our room, but the reception desk went above and beyond to help us, even offering us a larger room in the new building. The location was excellent, right beside JR Kitakyushu station. Despite a few minor inconveniences, overall I would recommend this hotel.

If you are looking for a hotel in this city, this place is in a key location with lots of restaurants, convenience stores, and parks around. the rooms were clean and had decent amenities. Plus, the public onsen was very relaxing after a long day of exploring.

The cons outweighed the pros. the elevator was a bit slow, especially during breakfast hours.

The hotel is conveniently located near Kokura station, just a short walk away. It's situated on a quiet side street, making it a peaceful place to stay. Additionally, the staff was helpful and even provided a towel when they saw that I was wet.

The hotel room was very small for two adults, and the window had frosted glass, so there was no view.

The value for money at Nishitetsu was great, with affordable prices and a decently sized room. The hotel's location near the train station and within walking distance of Kokura castle and restaurants was very convenient. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate my requests and ensure a smooth stay.

Just a suggestion to improve the breakfast items would be to offer a wider variety of options.
