We had a pleasant stay close to the beach area with a spacious room, great bathroom, top-notch cleaning service, and outstanding breakfast buffet. We enjoyed the pathway to walk on bare feet, exceptional pool area, and helpful and kind staff who made us feel welcome.

The prices at the pool area are steep, making it difficult to have snacks, and we had some trouble with the weak Wi-Fi connection around the pool.

the K villas with private pools offered unparalleled luxury and privacy. the entire hotel was impeccably clean and the staff paid attention to every detail. the front desk staff, especially Hicham and his colleagues, provided us with the warmest welcome and excellent service. Rahman at the concierge went above and beyond to arrange activities and transfers for us. Amira, the lady in red, ensured our stay was perfect. the facilities, including the fully equipped gym and pristine beach with breathtaking views, were top-notch. the Brunello restaurant offered a wide variety of delicious breakfast options. The complementary bottle of Champagne in the room was a nice touch and the New Year's Eve fireworks were amazing! the location of the hotel was great too. the view from our room was breathtaking! the selection of food at the breakfast buffet was good.

The hotel was overcrowded and understaffed during the New Year period. We had to wait in long lines for everything from check-in to food.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! the exclusive amenities provided were truly luxurious and met our every need. the Spa & wellness centre was top-notch, and the Full-body massage we received there was heavenly. the Outdoor swimming pool was the perfect temperature, and we enjoyed lounging in the Sun terrace area.

The only minor issue we had was with the service at the Poolside snack bar. the staff seemed overwhelmed and were slow to take our order, but the snacks were delicious once they arrived.

Lovely Italian lunch experience at Brunello restaurant, with delicious Prosecco and wine matching. Thanks to the friendly staff who made it special. I would recommend it.
