We loved the excellent hospitality, comfortable rooms, and delicious meals. The staff, especially Mr. Ahmed, Sankar, Bala, Saravanan, and Nikhil. The dining experience was also enjoyable, thanks to Keith, Sankar, and Rahul who went above and beyond to cater to our needs. The housekeeping staff did a great job, and the hotel provided all the necessary toiletries.

This hotel is an excellent choice for those who want to stay near the city centres and famous beaches. Guests can also visit nearby EA mall and the city express mall. The rooms are spacious and well-maintained, with neat and clean bathrooms. The staff is very courteous and helpful. Breakfast is tasty with a variety of options.

One minor issue is that the security check at the main gate can be more precise, to avoid hindrances to other guests.

Had a great Easter weekend at this hotel. the staff were very friendly and helpful. Loved the welcome drink and the complimentary breakfast. the location was perfect for exploring the city and the Wi-Fi connection was strong and reliable. One other advantage of the hotel that I enjoyed was the gym - it was well-equipped and kept clean.

The room was a bit small for my liking, but it was still comfortable and clean. the bathroom was in need of an update as it felt a bit dated compared to the rest of the room.
