Request a room setup with a washing machine if you plan on a longer stay. it adds convenience to laundry needs. Also, don’t miss the lovely pool area.

The in-room kitchen greatly enhanced our family stay, allowing us to prepare meals easily. Celebrating my daughter's birthday in their banquet hall was delightful, with great food and accommodating staff, especially Mr Andrew.

i was shocked when breakfast had rice and meat, who eats that for breakfast? also, my room was meant for 3 but had only one queen bed. i expected a complimentary upgrade for my troubles, but i guess my status isn’t as special as i thought. i almost left a good review, but just couldn’t.

My stay began on the wrong foot when we arrived at 5 PM, and our room wasn't ready despite the 2 PM check-in. To make matters worse, the pool was unexpectedly closed for maintenance, which was incredibly disappointing for my family who were looking forward to swimming.

full kitchen which made it easy to prepare meals. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, especially during our late check-out request. While the variety of Indian cuisine at the restaurant could improve, there's still a lot to enjoy. Overall, a very pleasant stay!

I had a fantastic stay with a lovely one-bedroom suite that included a washing machine. Breakfast was great, but they could've had more choices. I'd definitely come back!

Super comfy stay!

The staff was super friendly—shoutout to Manal, who hooked us up with a late checkout. The in-room breakfast was yum too! Just wish the pool was open longer since we missed it a few times. But really, it felt like home!

the staff were incredibly warm and accommodating. especially when organizing our tickets to local attractions. the location was ideal, right in the center. close to shopping and dining options. our room was very spacious and well-equipped with a kitchenette.

The hotel’s location in the Tourist Club Area made it easy to find local eateries and shops. Check-in was smooth thanks to Ilham's assistance. The gym was well-equipped, although enhancing its ventilation would be beneficial. Room cleaning is adequate but could use more thorough attention. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.

The staff were always going above and beyond! I got this amazing early breakfast to take with me since I had a night flight, it was thoughtful and made my life easier. Also, I felt right at home with the service, whether it was the friendly guy helping with my bags or the lady at the front who quickly got me my requests.

It wasn’t exactly cheap but it was worth it.
