The staff at this hotel are absolutely amazing. They were friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to exceed my expectations. From the bellman to the receptionists, housekeepers to the room service, and even the Resident Manager, everyone was fantastic. I will definitely go back to this hotel just to meet such wonderful people. The food at the hotel was also delicious, from the welcome food basket to the dinner at the blue bar. They truly value their guests, as they not only accommodated my request to extend my stay but also offered a discount on the extra night and on food and beverages.

The hotel offered us a breathtaking view of the mangroves and we even got a free upgrade. The spacious rooms and helpful staff made our stay enjoyable. The BBQ by the pool had a patient chef who accommodated our requests. the location, comfortable bed, and great breakfast choices were perfect for us as young people.

The parking attendant was very helpful and made our arrival stress-free. We had a minor issue with the bathroom drain, but it was quickly resolved by the room service. The room was spacious and comfortable. we had a pleasant stay and would recommend it to others.

Great location on the corniche with lovely walk areas. Room perfect with amazing views. Staff very friendly and helpful, especially the front desk manager. Pool small but refreshing. Many food places nearby.

Our stay in the hotel was fantastic. The surroundings of the hotel were magnificent with the Jebel Jais mountains nearby and an enjoyable creek view. Also, the hotel's location was perfect, specifically, the hotel was situated across the street from a delightful area, the Mangrove Corniche. Furthermore, the hotel had ample open space parking nearby. The staff provided excellent service and made us feel comfortable throughout our stay. The spacious room, comfortable bed, and striking view from the room window were some of the many highlights of our stay.

We had a great time at this place, perfect for our stay! The room size was great, the lights, AC, and TV channels were excellent. We also loved the comfortable bed and pillows. The breakfast was good and we appreciated the option for late checkout at 2 pm.

We had an amazing Thanksgiving weekend with our family and friends. the view from our room was breathtaking, and the staff was courteous and helpful. They provided us with complimentary cookies and drinks which was a nice touch. the location was perfect with easy access to nearby attractions and activities such as the beach and shopping centers.

The Wi-Fi connection was weak and problematic. the pillows were uncomfortable which made sleeping difficult.
