The hotel is incredibly convenient for travellers as it's next to a metro station, making it extremely easy to explore the city. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, providing a relaxing environment after a long day out. The staff is friendly and accommodating, making the stay even more enjoyable.

Amazing swimming pool with separate jacuzzi and kids pool. Delicious breakfast with live omelette station. Courteous and helpful staff, including housekeeping and concierge.

Loved catching up with friends and watching sports at the THE EXIT sports bar with its open terrace. The stunning views from the floor-to-ceiling windows were like modern art. And who can resist visiting the amazing man-made island in the shape of a palm tree?

The kids had a blast at Ski Dubai, and we even caught a movie at VOX Cinemas. The apartment's living room was perfect for family movie nights and had a great view of the city lights.

My wife says that an indoor play area for the kids would have made the stay even better.

Had a great stay at Mercure! The rooms were comfortable, although the designs were a bit old. Loved the spacious balcony and the well-equipped kitchen. The hotel had great facilities, including a cafe with a Starbucks partnership and a mini mart. The location was fantastic, with a metro station right outside and easy access to various attractions. The staff were outstanding and made me feel like I was among old friends.

The staff at Mercure Hotel Apartments went above and beyond to accommodate all our requests and provided excellent service. The location is prime for accessing all primary attractions in Dubai. The breakfast was lavish and sumptuous, with a wide variety of choices. The rooms were clean and hygienic, and the kitchen was well-equipped.

The suites are elegantly decorated with all the facilities you need, with a spacious living area, a cozy master bedroom, and a big balcony offering stunning views of the city & skyline. As a traveler who loves comfort and a good view, I absolutely loved it!

The reception area was under construction, which made for an inconvenient entrance through a temporary reception. Additionally, the spa center was closed, forcing guests to find services at another hotel.

My recent stay at Mercure in Barsha Heights, Dubai was absolutely amazing! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by friendly and helpful staff, like Miss Aiganym and Mr Hesham, who made me feel like part of the family. The hotel rooms were clean and well-maintained, with a tidy bathroom and kitchen. The furniture was also neat and comfortable. The location of the hotel was excellent, right by the metro, a supermarket, and a taxi stand. Plus, the views of the sea, palm, Burj Al Arab, and Jumeirah Beach were breathtaking. I must also mention Saugat, who made sure the housekeeping in my room was done properly. a fantastic experience at Mercure!

The views from the Mercure Apartments Barsha Heights were absolutely stunning! I could see the iconic Burj Al Arab, the Dubai Marina, and the Palm Jumeirah right from my window. Plus, being next to the Dubai Internet City Metro Station made getting around so convenient. The value for money was exceptional, and the hotel's location on Sheikh Zayed Road was a definite highlight. The staff's attentiveness to my special needs made my stay incredibly comfortable, and I appreciated the thoughtful artwork in the contemporary suite.

Towards the end of our stay, the housekeeping forgot to replace a set of bathroom towels.
