I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel. Its location here was perfect, being on a small side street right in the city center. The 24-hour reception was incredibly helpful and the staff in their service were always friendly. The flat-screen TV in my room was a great touch, as was the carpeted floor. The air conditioning worked perfectly and kept me cool during the hot summer days. I also appreciated the free toiletries and towels provided in the room.

This hotel is super brilliant since it is in the center and it is easy to go anywhere. The location is great, near Kawaramachi station and bus stop in front, making it convenient for exploring the city. Additionally, the rooms are quite small but have a modern design and are decorated in a very clean style, reminiscent of Japanese Ryokans. The bathroom is great with good water pressure, and there are nice pajamas provided for guests.

The breakfast could be a little bit more varied, especially considering the preferences of the western part of the world.

The cleaning of the room needs to be improved, as some guests reported finding leftover items from previous occupants and dust on the floor and desk.

As youngsters, we absolutely loved the free coffee served every morning till 11am at the hotel lobby. The location of the hotel was perfect, right in the middle of the shopping area with plenty of choices for food and shopping. The rooms were beautifully designed, spotlessly clean, and had comfortable beds. We also appreciated the inclusion of a matcha tea set in the room and the lovely complimentary bags with amenities.

We felt so well taken care of during our stay, there was nothing to complain about.

Tea making facilities included matcha making instruments! the location was excellent in Downtown Kyoto very close to Teramachi shopping strip with easy access to several subway stations.

Being near the nightlife area, most nights I was woken up in the early hours of the mornings with loud voices of the people whom had obviously been out. the rooms are small and feel cramped, especially if you book a small double.

Our stay at Resol Kyoto Kawaramachi Sanjo was absolutely wonderful! We stayed for five nights and the location was perfect for exploring the city. The hotel is situated in a vibrant area with plenty of restaurants and attractions nearby. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel itself was clean and had a beautiful aesthetic. They provided all the necessary toiletries and even complimentary water bottles and matcha tea in the room. We highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!

We loved the central location, it made everything accessible. Our room was comfortable and stylishly decorated. The coffee machine in the lobby was great! we recommend it.

The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the city. We had access to a variety of restaurants and shops with just a short walk from the hotel. the room was tastefully decorated and had everything we needed. the complimentary green tea set also added a nice touch to our experience.

The room was quite small, and it was a bit of a challenge to find space for our luggage. the view from our window was blocked by another building, which made the room quite dark.
