My stay was quite frustrating due to the room's cramped size and lack of storage. The tiny rack with just five hangers made managing my belongings almost impossible during my week-long visit. Additionally, the cleanliness left much to be desired, with visible dust and unpleasant odors in the bathroom. It felt particularly disappointing to not have the promised daily housekeeping service, only to receive a pile of new towels that I had to deal with. The breakfast options were limited, and I found myself longing for something decent to eat beyond the basics they provided.

Loved the serene riverside location and the unique mix of modern elegance with traditional design. The cozy rooms were super comfortable, perfect for unwinding after a long day of exploring. Plus, the laundry facilities were a lifesaver during our stay!

The room was incredibly cramped for two people. With our large suitcases, we struggled to find space to navigate or even open them properly. The waiting time at check-in was frustrating, as the entrance felt quite cramped and unwelcoming. Additionally, we were caught off guard by the requirement to pay the Osaka city tax in cash, which added to our discomfort during the stay.

the location was perfect near many shops and restaurants , and the staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. i appreciated the laundry service and the lounge area with tea and coffee.

During my stay, I utilized the laundry facilities, which were very convenient. I found the location easy to navigate, close to local eateries and shops. I liked that I could enjoy a meal at the restaurant on site. I took advantage of the free WiFi for planning my days. One morning, I decided to skip the hotel breakfast and opted for a bakery nearby, which turned out to be a great choice.

The location was amazing too, very close to Gion and Pontocho. Plentiful shopping options! The rooms were well-kept, and I appreciated the traditional tatami mats and stylish decor.

However, the breakfast offered in the basement restaurant was quite disappointing as the food wasn't kept warm, and options were limited.
