The location was perfect, surrounded by restaurants, supermarkets, and easily accessible to attractions and public transportation. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, especially Zakaria and Mohammed from the front desk. The facilities, including the gym and swimming pool, were top-notch.

That it was sometimes difficult to find a taxi right outside the hotel. However, this was a minor inconvenience compared to the overall wonderful stay we had.

We stayed at a 5-star hotel that was conveniently located to various places, including Mall of Emirates. The room was very clean and they had prompt housekeeping service. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff was very helpful, especially Mostafa at reception. We enjoyed the pool and the quick and professional valet parking service.
