Immaculate cleanliness throughout the hotel, including the rooms and pool area. Excellent hotel facilities, including a beautiful pool, stunning beachfront location, and a top-tier lounge and restaurant above the water. Convenient transportation options, with a complimentary boat transfer to their sister hotel, providing easy access to other areas of the city. Friendly and attentive staff, including a dedicated representative who provided excellent service and made us feel welcome.

Without doubt our favorite hotel in Dubai! Warmly welcomed by friendly staff and GM. Great days & nights, relaxing pool and ocean. Amazing desert safari recommended by concierge. Unbelievably comfortable beds. Shopping at Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa. Magnificent dinner at "STAY BY YANNICK ALLÉNO", got ENGAGED!

Great pool and beach access, and the room size was good with a comfy bed. the location was perfect for my business meetings.

I had the most amazing stay at One & Only The Palm. The staff were incredibly friendly and provided exceptional customer service. The rooms were spacious, luxurious, and well-equipped. The hotel offered a variety of dining options, and the food was fantastic. The private beach was beautiful, and there were plenty of trees, birds, and rabbits to add to the serene atmosphere. I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this hotel for a luxurious and carefree stay.

This place is an absolute paradise, with every little detail carefully thought out. It's truly breathtaking, with stunning design and decoration. The restaurants, especially the French 'Zest', are mind-blowing, offering excellent food and a fantastic ambiance. The staff, especially our representative "Nick", were incredibly helpful and always had a smile on their face. The service, both at the pool and throughout the hotel, was exceptional. The beautiful architecture, serene environment, and high level of service make for an unforgettable stay. The breakfast experience was pure magic. The spacious and comfortable rooms, along with the amazing staycation package, made it difficult to leave.

This hotel clearly understands luxurious relaxation. From the exclusive amenities, to the private facilities, this venue has everything one could need. the spa and wellness centre is world class, offering an array of treatments including massages, body scrubs, facials, and more. the sun terrace is a perfect place to relax on heated sun loungers, surrounded by a beautiful garden area.

The only minor issue is the lack of food options available around the swimming pool. There is no pool bar, and food and drinks service can sometimes take a while.
