During my Christmas stay, I really enjoyed the spacious and comfortable room at this hotel. The bathroom was also very nice and had all the necessary amenities. Additionally, the staff at the reception were extremely kind and upgraded me to a better room for free.

There were a couple of things that I did not like about this hotel. there was a problem with the bathroom sink, but it was quickly fixed when I requested for it to be repaired.

Located at a very good location, with restaurants and car rental places nearby, Park Regis Kris Kin Hotel is a convenient base. The rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and well-stocked bathrooms. The rooftop pool is a big plus for families with kids, and the staff, especially the front office staff, is exceptional and helpful.

The lobby does not have proper space for meetings and can often get crowded.

During my solo travels, I had a comfortable stay at a hotel with a great location. It was easy to get around on the metro and only a short distance from the airport, with two nearby stations. There was even a Burjman mall within walking distance. On Thursdays, I enjoyed visiting the Grandstand pub, which was just one of the many restaurants in the area. The room was spacious and well-appointed, with great amenities like fast and reliable Wi-Fi. Additionally, the staff was friendly and helpful, offering complimentary upgrades.

Noise can be an issue due to thin walls and adjacent room noise, which can occasionally result in disturbances.

Conveniently located near metro stations and a mall, spacious rooms with free Wi-Fi and walk-in showers. Excellent cleanliness, friendly and helpful staff. Rooftop bar with amazing views. Great breakfast spread. a value-for-money stay in a well-equipped hotel.

I recently stayed at Park Regis Kris Kin for a business trip that lasted a week. The hotel's location was extremely convenient, with easy access to all modes of transportation. The rooms were spacious, immaculately clean, and had a wonderful selection of pillows. I especially appreciated the complimentary tea bags, which had a delightful aroma. The staff were friendly, experienced, and made the check-in and check-out process a breeze. I was pleasantly surprised when they upgraded me to a suite at no extra charge and provided free wifi in the room. I would gladly stay at this hotel again and recommend it to friends.

We had a great stay at Park Regis Kris Kin. the location was perfect, just near the Burjuman mall and metro station. the staff was pleasant and helpful throughout our stay. the hotel was extremely clean and our rooms were comfortable. we were very pleased with our experience.

Great location for exploring Bur Dubai, close to airport and metro. Helpful and friendly staff. Plenty of facilities including a roof pool, gym, restaurant, bars, and club 7. Highly recommended for a 4-night stay.

This hotel has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The rooms are spacious, with comfortable beds and basic amenities. The breakfast is great and the breathtaking views of Dubai are truly unforgettable. What's more, the hotel is situated in a prime area which gives you easy access to public transport, meaning that you can easily get around the city and visit all the sights.

We loved the location of this place, as it was situated directly between two metro stations which made it very easy to get around. The staff were very hospitable and provided quality service. The rooms were very clean and had all the amenities that we needed. The rooftop pool was a great addition and provided a wonderful view of the city.

We highly recommend this venue to all travelers.

The hotel has exclusive amenities that fulfill one's luxurious needs. the staff at the spa and wellness center, the sauna, and the outdoor swimming pool are very friendly and provide great service. the rooftop pool has a fantastic panoramic view of the city, and one can relax on the comfortable sun loungers while sipping coffee or tea in the lobby. It is conveniently located near the Burjuman Center, where one can arrange for Dubai tours. the private facilities and in, room breakfast are top, notch.

Though the hotel is excellent, one minor point that could be improved is the lack of a separate smoking area in the bar/lounge area. As a non, smoker, it is an unpleasant experience to inhale second, hand smoke.
