The moment I arrived, the staff greeted me with a warm and friendly welcome, offering me a refreshing drink to enjoy. The room itself was beautifully decorated, with all the amenities I could ask for, including a cozy heating system and a wide selection of tea and coffee facilities. I particularly loved the terrace with its comfortable garden furniture, where I could sit back and relax while enjoying the peacefulness of the surroundings. The hotel also offered complimentary toiletries, and the flat-screen TV and carpeted floor added an extra touch of luxury.

In short, I highly recommend this hotel to everyone. It truly offers a level of comfort and quality service that is unmatched.

forest in burnley was even better than my last stay. the lovely staff remembered my severe gluten allergy and brought me a delightful gluten-free pizza. the bar & dining were excellent as always - worth every penny.

Arriving at the hotel, we were greeted by very friendly staff who were willing to go the extra mile to make our stay enjoyable. The location of the hotel was great, situated in the heart of town which gave easy access to local amenities. The room was modern and clean, with comfortable bedding. the hearty breakfast was delicious, and we enjoyed the variety of dishes available.

The excessive noise levels both inside and outside the hotel, which made it difficult to have a peaceful night's sleep. The presence of music from live artists in the bar area was disruptive and made it challenging to have conversations.

My stay at the lovely boutique inn was delightful. The location was fantastic, with ample parking available. The staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant experience throughout. The breakfast provided was delicious and satisfying. Additionally, I appreciated the option to book/request a larger room for extra luggage space. Despite the room being a bit hot in July, the inn's cozy atmosphere made up for it.
