Nothing not to love.

I recently stayed at this hotel and I couldn't be happier with my stay. The location is perfect, as it's situated in a quiet area away from the hustle and bustle of the city, while still providing easy access to transportation. The staff were extremely helpful and provided great hospitality. The room amenities were fantastic, with everything I needed from tea and coffee facilities to ironing facilities. The leisure swimming pool and rooftop pool were a lovely addition to my stay. The free shuttle service was also a huge plus, making it easy to get around without any added stress.

I highly recommend this hotel to my family and friends.

We were impressed with their knowledge and there were no unnecessary delays. Throughout our stay, the staff maintained their warmth and friendliness. The shuttle service to the malls was a major convenience, making it easier for us to get around. The breakfast options were plentiful, with many choices including warm dishes. The room size was quite spacious, and although the cleanliness could have been improved, it was still comfortable.

The rooms are clean, quiet and the beds are comfortable just like their slogan says "Great night's sleep guaranteed". The staff is very friendly and helpful, and the hotel offers a shuttle bus service to various locations.

The hotel could improve its communication with guests, as some were reminded of the checkout time even though they had already extended their stay.

This hotel is located in a quiet area which is great for a good night's sleep. The staff are friendly, attentive, and provide excellent service. The rooms are equipped with very comfortable king size beds and two single beds, perfect for families. The value for money is fantastic.

None of the negative aspects mentioned in the reviews were significant enough to deter me from staying here.

Had a decent Christmas break, two nice complementary facts offered. Good location, close enough to sights and sounds but not too near the action. Also liked the size of the room and the view from the window.
