The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, from the housekeeping to the engineers who fixed our AC. The on-site facilities, including the pool, massage parlor, and two bars, were a definite plus. The cleaning staff were outstanding and the location was great, within walking distance of a mall and a 24-hour supermarket. And, there's even a secret 'Eurostar Cellar' offering duty-free items!

I had such a great stay in this hotel located right in the heart of the city. I loved the fact that everything was within walking distance. The staff were fantastic, especially the manager who showed excellent hospitality. The room was well equipped with everything I needed and more. The bar had a really nice atmosphere with great views too. The pool area was a great place to relax and unwind. The spa was absolutely amazing with such a relaxing atmosphere. The staff were always on hand to help and explain everything, especially when it came to the happy hour deals on offer.

I stayed here for one night during a layover. The hotel is located in the city center and easily accessible to Abu Dhabi Mall. The staff at reception, especially Ajimon and Dana, were incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was clean, comfortable, and even soundproof. They even upgraded our room for free. The in-house restaurant was convenient and the wifi speed was good. it was a great value for the money.
