The overall stay was very pleasant. Staff at the reception were super friendly. Great location, awesome breakfast, and beautiful beach nearby. Easy to get around.

For the value we paid, we were extremely satisfied with our stay. The room was modern and comfortable, and we loved the beautiful gardens and pool view. The location was perfect, with easy access to the beach and a short bus ride to Palma town. The staff were friendly and attentive, making us feel special and well taken care of throughout our stay.

The breakfast experience could have been improved by starting a bit earlier, especially for those with early flights.

I recently stayed at Helios Hotel for a few days and had a wonderful time. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the air conditioning was excellent. The reception area was very nice, and I loved spending time by the pool, terrace, and bar area. The staff at the bar, reception, and dining were all extremely helpful and friendly. The snacks available in the bar area during the afternoon were delicious. The breakfast buffet had an excellent variety of choices for every taste. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be returning in the future.

Can't recommend this hotel highly enough.

The hotel is ideally located for biking holidays, with easy access to beautiful cycling routes. There are plenty of seating areas away from the entertainment, providing a peaceful atmosphere for relaxation. it is conveniently only a 100-meter walk to the town center, making it convenient to explore local shops and restaurants. The restaurant staff, including the host and waitresses, were attentive and provided excellent service. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with a wardrobe and a safe to securely store valuables. The breakfast offered a variety of options to satisfy different tastes and dietary preferences.

The bathroom glass door with gaps was a less-than-ideal design choice, compromising privacy.

This hotel has great value for money, with prices that won't break the bank. Attention to detail was evident in the distinctive style of the rooms, which were spacious and had a private bathroom and balcony. The location is also fantastic, as it's only a few minutes away from the beautiful beachfront and conveniently close to public transport for easy access to other areas.

Location brilliant, amazing beach, safe and wide, stunning promenade, clean apartment, good beds. Buffet restaurant amazing value, excellent food, friendly staff. Perfect for cyclists, bike storage, spa, great food for recovery. Kind, helpful staff. Easy airport access, good public transport, good restaurants nearby.

As youngsters, we loved the wide range of amenities and activities at the hotel. The staff were professional and friendly, ensuring a comfortable stay. The hotel boasted a beautiful and clean environment. The breakfast options were amazing, with plenty of choices to suit everyone's taste. The hotel went above and beyond by surprising us with a bottle of bubbles and sweets for our anniversary. The high floor we requested offered a fantastic view of the sea. we highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

The hotel was just a stone's throw from the sea, which was a great benefit. The facilities were very good and the reception area was always staffed. The food choice was excellent, especially during breakfast with a variety of juices and sparkling white wine. The poolside room with a side sea view was clean and nice. The hotel also provided dedicated bike storage and maintenance areas, which was perfect for our cycling holidays. it was a good hotel for a 3-star rating.

We loved the inviting pool area and proximity to the beach at the Helios. The room had a comfortable bed and great satellite channels. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of fresh foods. Although the bathroom door didn't fully close, it wasn't a big problem.Overall I will recommend this hotel.

The staff at Helios Mallorca Hotel & Apartments are incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to help and make your stay comfortable. The hotel lobby and rooms are modern, clean, and well-organized. The beds are comfortable and the showers are great. The location is perfect, just a short bus ride from the airport and steps away from the beautiful Can Pastilla beach. The food at the hotel, both for breakfast and dinner, is delicious with a good variety of options.

The breakfast was amazing, with a wide variety of foods to choose from. the staff were so friendly and welcoming, making our stay even better. the location was great, especially if you want to be close to the beach and local attractions. Plus, the hotel had a pool with plenty of sun loungers to relax on.

The Wi-Fi was very slow and only worked properly in some areas of the hotel. the coffee making facility was not available in the room, which would have been a nice touch.

On the positive side, the hotel's location right across from the beach was perfect for sunbathing and swimming. Additionally, the proximity to public transport was convenient for exploring the south of the island and the airport.

Great location near beautiful beach, offering lovely outdoor facilities. Rooms spacious with great patios and includes necessary bathroom amenities. Friendly and accommodating staff. Free mini golf, table tennis, and entertainment available. Overall a wonderful hotel experience.
