Great pools, multiple for families and only adults, with personalized service and sun lotion available for free. Additionally, the hotel offers a fantastic club lounge, with delicious food and attentive staff. Also, the location is perfect, with a beach nearby and many dining options.

We had a great stay at this hotel! The location was fantastic, being situated at the walk and close to Dubai Marina. We also loved that it was great for families with kids, offering a kids club and many pools to choose from. The adult pool was a nice touch for those wanting a peaceful and relaxing experience. One of the highlights of our stay was the famous Friday London brunch, which was a must-try. We highly recommend reserving a table in advance. Additionally, the hotel's proximity to the beach was a major plus, and we enjoyed dining at the grill bar by the beach.

There was nothing we didn't like.

Everything was great from check-in to check-out, with helpful and friendly staff. The check-in staff, Rime, was especially great and gave us an upgrade. The manager, Mr. Aidan, offered us a suite and went above and beyond to satisfy us. The hotel had beautiful rooms, big swimming pools, and fantastic service.

During our stay at The Ritz-Carlton, we were amazed by the stunning location right on the JBR walk and the beautiful beach just steps away. The hotel provided outstanding service, with special mention to Prasad at the pool area for his exceptional attention to detail. The pools and garden areas were excellent, providing ample space and plenty of sun beds. The housekeeping service, particularly Ashwini, kept our room immaculate. Plus, the complimentary water at the pool and in the rooms was a nice touch. We can't wait to return next year!

The hotel is located in a prime area, directly on the beach and close to several great restaurants. The Splendido restaurant is highly recommended as the best Italian in town. The staff is very friendly and helpful, remembering guests' names and going the extra mile to meet their needs. The breakfast offers a high variety of food and drinks, while the kids club and several pools provide entertainment for all.

Some amenities in the room seemed to be used and not in top shape.

our stay at the ritz-carlton exceeded expectations. from the early check-in to the welcoming staff, everything was outstanding. the food was excellent, the bed was comfortable like sleeping on a cloud, and the attention to detail made our stay memorable. a+++++

Kids club activities were poor.

The breakfast buffet was amazing with lots of options to choose from. The poolside service was great and the attendants were always there to help us with whatever we needed. The beach was beautiful and there were plenty of lounge chairs available. I had a fantastic stay and would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a lovely beach vacation.

The electronic control of the suite was a great feature, allowing me to easily adjust the lights and curtains at my convenience. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently located near top restaurants, making it easy to find great dining options. The spacious and well-organized family room was also a major advantage, providing ample space for my family to relax and enjoy our stay.

The hotel's location felt a bit outdated and was not close to the new check points, resulting in higher transportation costs from the JBR. The beach area staff lacked attention to detail, with constant problems regarding beach towels and a lack of service while lounging.
