The receptionist Ahmed was a hero, scored two birthday cake slices! The modern gym and around-the-clock shop with Starbucks kept us fuelled.

Plus, quick jaunt to Dubai Mall & grub delights like Jodhpur & Shawerme. Cons? A lil hiccup with room requests, but staff hustle redeemed it. Dubai dine & vibes - worth every dirham! Our family had an incredible time at the hotel, with the Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa just a stone's throw away. The hotel's modern decor and exceptional staff made our stay memorable. Our kids absolutely loved the dedicated Gamer Caves, complete with high-speed internet and a super powerful gaming rig.

My wife says that she wished there were more kid-friendly meal options at the hotel.
