The dedicated lounge at the 34th floor offers a stunning panoramic view of the city, perfect for chilling out. The only downside was encountering slightly off-putting reception staff, but that was quickly forgotten amidst all the fantastic experiences the hotel had to offer! 🌇

The Hyatt Regency Dubai Creek Heights was a pleasant stay with friendly staff and good security. The location near a tram station was convenient, and the included breakfast was delicious. The Mexican restaurant, La Tablita, was a highlight. However, the elevator wait times were frustrating, and breakfast service felt understaffed. The hotel's relaxation facilities, such as the swimming pool and spa, added to our enjoyment, while nearby landmarks like St Mary's Catholic Church and Creek Park provided unique family bonding experiences.

stayed at the Hyatt and had a fantastic time. the staff, especially Mr Alaa at reception, were superb and professional. everyone, from the valet to the bellboy, greeted us with big smiles. the room was lovely with a comfortable bed and a great view. breakfast and dinner were delicious with plenty of options. short drive to the airport and attractions. will definitely return.

Situated just 5 minutes' walk from Dubai Healthcare City and at a distance of 9 km from Financial Centre, it offered easy access to significant landmarks in the city. the hotel is only 20 km away from Dubai, making it a great choice for travelers in transit.

The only minor negative aspect of my stay was the initial check-in process. While I understand the challenges of a trainee staff member, the check-in took longer than expected, causing a slight inconvenience upon arrival.

I had the pleasure of experiencing the Nysa Spa, and it truly exceeded my expectations. The incorporation of traditional regional therapies with a superior selection of massages, body treatments, and the latest facial techniques offered a rejuvenating and authentic experience. Additionally, the outdoor swimming pool and two separate fitness centers for mixed-use and ladies-only provided ample opportunities for relaxation and wellness. The stunning views of the city from the year-round outdoor pool added to the overall ambiance and enjoyment of my stay.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. the staff were amazing, especially Amine from the front office and Adnan at reception. They were welcoming and always ready to assist. the location is great, being near a metro station makes it convenient to explore the city. the breakfast was delicious with a good variety, and the staff were very friendly. the room was spacious and comfortable, making it a perfect place to relax after a day of sightseeing.

One thing that could be improved is the attitude of some staff members. While most were friendly, there were a few who seemed rude and unhelpful.
