The staff at Royal Ascot Hotel are truly exceptional. Mr. Faisal and Ms. Sindhiya made our stay extra comfortable, going above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. While the breakfast menu may need some variety, the hotel's prime location, spacious rooms, and top-notch hospitality make it a wonderful choice for a stay in Dubai.

The suite at Royal Ascot Hotel had ample space for a group of six, with cozy bedrooms and a comfy living area. the bathrooms were luxuriously equipped, making it easy to unwind and pamper ourselves after a long day of exploring Dubai.

The bathroom in the first room had a slight stench, but the staff quickly addressed the issue and provided us with a better accommodation.

We had a fantastic stay at this place. the location is prime with easy access to the metro and within walking distance to Indian food shops, making dining out convenient. the hotel is right across a famous shopping area and close to the Gold souq, offering a nice blend of leisure and shopping experiences. the room amenities were top-notch, with everything from ironing facilities to a flat-screen TV, ensuring a comfortable stay. the staff, including Rateesh, Imran, and Lushlee, went above and beyond to cater to our needs, providing excellent service.

We recommend this place to friends for a luxurious and comfortable stay, with a variety of facilities such as a swimming pool, spa & wellness centre, sauna, and more. However, it's important to appreciate the hard work put in by the staff members like Basi Dev from housekeeping and the front office duty manager.

Don't miss Mohammad Aref's excellent service. Requested rooms close together accommodated by reception. Efficient bell boy and restaurant staff commended.

The room was nice, bedding was comfortable, spacious Balmoral Suite. Impeccable Wi-Fi. Well-maintained corridors, clean rooms. Great location near Meena Bazaar. Grateful for room upgrade by reception team. Excellent food choices. Room always kept clean by housekeeping. Pool not available. Despite sleep disruptions from nightclubs, enjoyed the relaxation at the spa and outdoor pools. Nearby landmarks like Sheikh Saeed al-Maktoum's House and Al Fahidi Historical Neighbourhood added to our family bonding experience.

royal ascot provided impeccable service from check-in to the room experience. sindhiya, akram, adnan, and mohit were exceptionally friendly and helpful, ensuring a comfortable stay. the spacious and clean room added to the pleasant experience. special mention to the warm hospitality of the staff.

The room was spotless and spacious, with a nice rooftop pool to enjoy. Xavier greeted me every morning with his charming smile, making me feel welcome and valued. the location was perfect, with easy access to transportation and nearby attractions like Meena Bazaar and traditional Dubai souks.

During the night, I noticed that the room lacked proper ventilation, causing some discomfort especially around 2 am.

We booked two rooms and were pleasantly surprised with a suite upgrade. the staff, especially Swizel and Sahil, provided impeccable service. the hotel was clean, with friendly and attentive staff. Breakfast had a great variety, and the room service was prompt. I felt like a VIP thanks to the exceptional hospitality. For sure, I'll return for my next visit.
