the staff at Royal Continental Suites Business Bay were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. the room service meals were fresh and delicious, providing great value for money. I was truly impressed with the level of service and attention to detail.

The hotel is located very close to the waterfront, which makes it a great spot for a walk or jog along the river. Its central location means it's also convenient for exploring the nearby city center. The apartments are well-equipped with modern amenities and the rooms are spacious and clean. The pool and gym facilities are also great for a relaxing stay.

This place is AWESOME! the rooms are spacious, well equipped and ultra-modern. the staff are so friendly and helpful. the pool, sauna, steam room and Jacuzzi are amazing! They have a 24/7 grocery shop, laundry and a small snack shop, saving us time with getting our own personal necessities, which we found to be a great convenience. the location is unbeatable, close to everything we needed and wanted to see.

The waiting time for check-out was longer than expected and it wasn't easy to deal with the day shift staff. the pillows weren't the most comfortable and we found the coffee request process a little slow and inconvenient.

We had an amazing stay at Royal Continental Suites! the spacious and comfortable rooms felt just like home, with facilities for cooking and a gym that was exactly what we needed. the hotel staff were welcoming and provided excellent service. the location was perfect, with easy access to downtown and a short taxi ride away from Dubai Mall. the lobby was impressive and the coffee shop was a great place to relax. We definitely recommend this hotel for its beautiful views of the city and overall wonderful experience.

We had an amazing view of the Burj Khalifa from our spacious room. The staff were welcoming and helpful, making us feel right at home. The room service meals were delicious, and the value for money was unbeatable.

Our room was spacious and well-equipped with everything we needed, including a huge shower and private facilities. the outdoor swimming pool was a great place to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring the nearby city center, which was just a quick drive away. We also enjoyed the continental breakfast served each morning at the hotel's restaurant.

The only minor issue was the noise from the nearby construction sites, but it didn't bother us too much and is to be expected in a growing city like this. we had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this venue to anyone looking for a luxurious and convenient hotel option in the heart of the city.
