The location of this B&B was absolutely amazing, with stunning views of the water and the nearby bridge. the room was clean, spacious, and had all the necessary facilities. the breakfast served in the adjacent tea room was delicious and had a good variety of options. the owners were very friendly and made us feel right at home.

Loved our stay at a B&B in a beautiful sea view room. the hosts were so welcoming and friendly. the room was comfortable with a nice shower and everything was spotlessly clean. the breakfast in the tea room was delicious and freshly cooked, using fresh local produce. the view from the breakfast table was amazing, overlooking the Moray Firth. It was so nice to watch the local dolphins fishing while enjoying our breakfast. the location was great, with easy access to a shop down the road and a lovely street for evening strolls. We would definitely return!

Had a great weekend away, the breakfast was not bad and the scones on arrival were a nice touch. the location was convenient and easy to get to. the TV in the room was a great size and the lounge area was comfy. the host even left some of her cakes for us to indulge in which was a nice added bonus.

The shower cubicle was quite small and cramped, making it hard to move around. There were some channels missing on the TV, and it would have been nice to have some more options available.
