Breakfast area was cramped during peak hours.

Loved the huge room! The rooftop pool and decent gym were fab, really made my stay comfortable. The location was super convenient with stores and restaurants a hop away.

The bathroom could use a makeover—it's seen better days, bless its heart! And waiting forever for an iron? Come on, I can streak faster!

During my stay, I loved how comfortable the beds were, which made my city strolls even more enjoyable, and the buffet breakfast was varied and fresh, adding to the overall experience. it was super convenient to have places like the Coffee Museum and Al Fahidi Historical Neighbourhood just a short walk away, perfect for enjoying my weekend explorations in Dubai.

the location is decent, but good luck with the noise from the street at all hours. also, the bed was too soft. such a disappointment—expected them to roll out the red carpet for me. I almost gave a good review, but where was my complimentary upgrade? guess I’m just not special enough here, huh?

The customer service was outstanding, with Mr Ahmed being particularly helpful and respectful.

The housekeeping services could be improved. they didn't clean or restock essentials like toiletries without a request.

Rooms were cozy with the added convenience of being able to cook and do laundry. The staff showed exceptional hospitality. they accommodated our early arrival and helped celebrate a special occasion with thoughtful gestures. While the location was great, the street noise made sleeping difficult, especially in rooms facing the road. Perhaps some soundproofing could improve the experience for lighter sleepers.

It was just a balanced option for a short visit in Dubai with excellent value for money. The pool was well maintained with nice city views. Try to visit the local shops around for some great snacks.
