The room was spacious, clean, and had a comfortable bed. the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a quiet and restful stay. the hotel staff were amazing, always greeting us with a smile and attending to our needs promptly. the complimentary WiFi was fast and reliable. Best of all, the hotel had a heated indoor pool, perfect for relaxing and enjoying a dip. We also appreciated the early check-in option, which made our stay even more convenient.

The toiletries in our room were incomplete, as the conditioner was missing. It would have been better if the housekeeping staff checked and replenished the toiletries during their cleaning routine.

The database mentioned that the elevator-lobby people were friendly, and we found this to be true. The bed and bathroom were excellent, with a convenient stool for doing makeup. The concierge personnel were efficient and approachable. We also appreciated that the room already had an iron and ironing board, unlike other 5-star hotels we've stayed at. the staff and amenities made our stay enjoyable.

Additionally, the hotel's proximity to various establishments made it convenient to find anything I needed outside of the hotel. The room itself was spacious and the food was delicious, despite the limited selection. I was especially impressed with the great customer service, as they promptly responded to our request to recover some forgotten items, even after a few days. The swimming pool area looked inviting, although I unfortunately didn't have the time to use it. Lastly, the breakfast offered a wide variety of options, even though I arrived later and the breakfast room was busy.

The staff at the front office and cucina were exceptional, treating me with kindness and even shedding tears when I shared my health issues. The entire staff made me feel special and cared for.
