Thoughtful waiters at breakfast who remember guests' preferred beverages. Allergy-friendly amenities, such as unscented soaps and unsprayed air fresheners, provided in the room. Convenient room features, including a washing machine, smart TV, and induction stove.

This hotel is in a great location, close enough to the metro to easily get around the city and not far from the centre. The rooms are clean and comfortable with nice bathrooms, and the staff is super friendly and helpful. There's also a small grocery shop just in front, very convenient for your stay.

The kitchenette could be more equipped for those who prefer to cook their meals, as there were limited pans and utensils.

This place is located in a beautiful residential area, relatively close to two tube stations from where you can reach everything easily. The service here is top-notch, from the bell boys to the receptionists who had my reservation printed out prior to my arrival. The room service is excellent and the dining restaurant offers a wide variety of special diet menus. The leisure facilities here are amazing with a sauna, outdoor swimming pool, jacuzzi, steam room, infinity pool and sun loungers. The amenities in my room were exceptional with a mini-bar, fridge, hair dryer, and electric kettle.

I highly recommend this venue to anyone staying in this area with its excellent service, beautiful leisure facilities, and top-notch amenities.

The rooms are fully equipped with all basic amenities, including a fully equipped kitchen and a balcony. The staff is always polite and attentive, ensuring that everything is kept clean and breakfast is served with a wide range of options.

I lost my gold bracelet in the hotel and housekeeping supervisor found it and returned it to me. It is proof that the staff at Savoy Crest is honest and trustworthy. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the swimming pool was great for relaxing. I recommend this hotel for a memorable stay.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were amazingly professional and kind, always attending to my requests immediately. The spacious rooms were cleaned every day and had a well-equipped kitchenette. It was convenient to have a free parking space, where my car was safely kept. The hotel's location near the airport and the green metro line made it easy for me to explore this city. Plus, there was a variety of dining options nearby, including a restaurant to suit everyone's taste.

The room had nice complementary toiletries and the view from the balcony was stunning. the location was convenient to a variety of tourist attractions. the breakfast options were tasty.

The overall cleanliness of the room was not up to par. the bathroom had mold and mildew and the towels were not fresh.
