The suite was so spacious and cozy, with a cool dining table where we could all hang out. The balcony view was insane, I mean, we could see the waterway and even catch a glimpse of the Grand Mosque. It was surreal!

I personally didn't dig the kitchenette much, but hey, some might find it handy!

I recently had a wonderful stay at a beautiful and clean hotel in Abu Dhabi. the staff at Shangri-La were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to accommodate me. They even arranged taxis for me, making it easy for me to get around. I particularly enjoyed the Ess Lounge for delicious food and shisha, with its stunning views and refreshing breeze. the hotel also has a lovely spa, where my husband and I enjoyed a relaxing experience. the breakfast was delicious, and overall, it was a comfortable, safe, and beautiful place to stay.

I had such a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to make sure I had a great time. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with clean and beautifully furnished rooms. The location, right on the water's edge, provided breathtaking views and a nice breeze. Transportation was a breeze, with the hotel sorting out taxis for me. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, one of the best I've ever had. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

I recently stayed at Shangri-La in Abu Dhabi for a leisure trip of 4 nights. The room was amazing, with a stunning view from the balcony. Housekeeping was exceptional, visiting multiple times a day to ensure everything was perfect. The restaurant service was top-notch and the concierge was always quick to help. The buffet breakfast was delicious and the location right on the beach was a bonus. a wonderful stay with great amenities and attentive staff.

The breakfast offered a wide variety of options and the food was of high quality. The beds were so comfortable, I had some of the best sleep I've had in a hotel. The view from the pool overlooking the Grand Mosque was breathtaking, despite some construction work going on. I highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional service, cozy beds, and delicious breakfast.

My stay at Shangri-La was amazing! The infinity pool was so refreshing and had an incredible view. I loved that they provided towels and even offered to clean my sunglasses. The staff was attentive and the overall Arabian architecture was beautiful. I highly recommend this hotel.

The stunning views of the sunset and the canal were breathtaking. We enjoyed the complementary fruits and flowers on arrival, as well as the romantic dinner on the terrace. the location was very convenient, only a short taxi ride away from major attractions.

Our escape was ruined by the unfriendly staff. the receptionist, Jane, was very dismissive and didn't seem interested in helping us, which made us feel unwelcome.

This hotel offers great value for money. The rooms are spacious with big comfortable beds and wide views from different floors. The breakfast spread is abundant and is served with a heavenly view that's priceless. Additionally, the hotel has a beautiful location on the creek, which is close to a heavy traffic bridge.

the exclusive amenities such as the outdoor swimming pool and Spa lounge were exactly what I needed to relax and unwind. the service was impeccable, with every staff member being friendly and efficient. the room's advantages were impressive, with a clean and comfortable space, and a beautiful view of the surrounding area. the location was perfect for exploring the city and the beach access was a great added bonus. the restaurant offered a fantastic buffet breakfast that was simply divine.

The only minor issue I encountered was the struggle to find a sun lounger at times. A few guests would leave their belongings on them to reserve them, which was frustrating.
