The location of the Sheraton Creek Hotel was perfect for me, with easy access to the metro and nearby attractions. I particularly enjoyed exploring the old Dubai area, with its fascinating Gold souq and local shops. The water taxi near the hotel offered a convenient and affordable way to visit the market areas. The rooftop pool was a clean and relaxing spot to unwind and enjoy the stunning views. The comfortable beds, well-lit rooms, and abundance of bottled water were also great perks.

I recently stayed at Sheraton for a week, and it was delightful. The location was perfect, with easy access to the old part of town, the airport, and the Dubai Mall area. The hotel was impeccably clean, and the staff, especially Rishi from India, were kind and attentive. The facilities were also top-notch, with excellent air conditioning and a surprisingly nice pool. The entire staff went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay, and the view of the Creek was outstanding.

The breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. the staff made fresh eggs to order, which was a nice touch. the room was very nice and comfortable. the bed was spacious and provided a good night's sleep. the location of the hotel was convenient, being close to the airport and away from any noise disturbances.

The computer center at the hotel needs improvement. the computers were slow and often crashed, and the printer also had issues.

As senior citizens, we thoroughly enjoyed the reception staff's professionalism and the spacious, spotless rooms. The beautiful bathroom was a bonus. The breakfast options were delicious, especially the delectable pastry section. The hotel's location by the Creek offered an entrancing view, especially during sunset.

We felt right at home during our stay and had no complaints.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was top-notch, and the hotel facilities were excellent. We were impressed by the convenient parking available. The location was perfect, as it was very near the creek, and we enjoyed taking a traditional Abra across the water. It was also close to the metro, making transportation easy. The hotel was in the city centre itself, making it convenient to explore. The buffet breakfast was very good, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Lastly, the hotel's proximity to the airport was a major convenience, especially when we had to catch an early morning flight.

The Sheraton Dubai Creek Hotel & Towers offers a great location near the metro station and the Dubai Creek. The restaurant, Vivaldi, provides a delicious brunch with a perfect view of the creek. The staff are friendly, attentive, and offer excellent customer service. The hotel also accommodated us with an early check-in, which was a bonus. The area around the hotel is perfect for early evening or afternoon strolls.

The breakfast spread was delicious and the room service was top-notch. I would highly recommend this hotel to solo travelers, couples, and families alike.

There was nothing I didn't like about my stay.

We had a wonderful experience at this place. The location over the creek was spectacular, and it was just a short walk away from the metro station. The staff provided efficient service around the clock, and the amenities in our room were top-notch. Additionally, the dining restaurant provided paid breakfast, and the staff even went out of their way to surprise us with a cake for a special occasion.
