The check-in experience felt robotic!!! How about more communal sitting areas to socialize? Also, the towel charge during the stay seems unnecessary!!! They could enhance room maintenance too!!!

The fjord view from our room was breathtaking, especially as

the sun set over the water. The spacious room had a charming layout and was equipped with modern amenities. We really enjoyed the floating sauna experience, which was quite unique. The restaurant food was good but could use a few more options for vegans.

wow, the view from the balcony is just breath takin! the fjords are amazin, and we loved chillin on the terrace for meals. the breakfast was also super nice, full of good stuff! room was clean n cozy and all the amenities worked well. staff were friendly and super helpful!
