We loved the private beach and pool, perfect for families with children. The dinner at the restaurant overlooking the beach was a special experience. The Lebanese mixed grill and cold mezza exceeded our expectations.

The staff at the hotel were very helpful and considerate when we forgot to bring our baby's ID. The room was spacious and the pool area was well-monitored by vigilant lifeguards. The Lobster Thermidor at Marasea restaurant was superb. I recommend this hotel for a family stay.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and cozy, with a balcony and sea view. The hotel facilities, including the beach, pool, and kids club, were excellent. The staff were friendly and accommodating, especially Ahmed at the reception who recommended the breakfast and dinner package to us, which we thoroughly enjoyed. The food was diverse and of good quality, and the restaurant staff provided us with a lovely iftar and a nice dinner during EID. The location was also great, with easy access to the sea and other attractions.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a luxurious 5-star hotel in a peaceful location. the exclusive amenities such as the indoor swimming pool, sauna, and Turkish bath were sensational. the outdoor swimming pool with beach access was definitely a highlight, and the spa lounge with beauty treatments was glorious. the restaurant provided fantastic halal food with a poolside snack bar, and the packed lunches were perfect for our day trip. the private facilities with special diet menus were very accommodating. the staff provided excellent service, particularly during our in-room breakfast, where we could admire the sun terrace and garden area.

A perfect seaside stay with ample location options to choose from. One can enjoy the sea view from the pool and relish delicious Lebanese cuisine in the restaurant. The staff welcomes guests with warmth and offers clean and spacious rooms, with a separate shower and bathtub. The breakfast options are varied and delectable. The kids' pool with water fountains ensures a comfortable cool temperature. The Sheraton club is an added luxury with great services and welcoming staff.

The hotel is relatively crowded, leading to some traffic congestion in the surrounding area.

The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. The facilities were clean and comfortable, and the pool and beach were simply amazing. The beds were like sleeping on a cloud, and the sea view from my room was absolutely breathtaking. The food included with my stay was also delicious, and I felt that I got excellent value for my money.

I had an amazing time here! The location is perfect, with tons of restaurants nearby and a lovely beach just steps away. The service was fantastic, with room service available 24/7, car hire, and laundry services. My room had a beautiful view of the sea and was equipped with all the amenities I needed, from air conditioning to a mini-bar. The leisure spa & wellness centre was top-notch, with a heated swimming pool and jacuzzi, perfect for relaxing after a long day.

I stayed at this hotel and had an amazing time. The best aspects were the cleanliness, hotel facilities, breakfast, and staff. The rooms and pools had a wonderful view of the Persian Gulf and the beach was peaceful. The staff, especially Monika at reception and the breakfast hall manager, were kind and helpful. The private pools and beach access were superb, with waiter service at the press of a button. I also appreciated the heated pool for wintertime. Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

We had a great city break with my family, the hotel was located close to the beach and shops. the staff were welcoming and accommodating. the breakfast was plentiful and we loved the complimentary cookies and fruit in our room.
