We had an amazing stay at this beachfront hotel. We enjoyed the themed evening menus and separate kids stations at the buffet restaurant and the very child-friendly World Eatery. The seafood restaurant, which we really wanted to try, was special, with delicious food and great service. Our spacious and clean room had a comfortable bed, a large balcony with seating, and a luxurious bathroom with all amenities.

The breakfast service was hectic with long lines and not enough staff to manage the number of guests.

We had a great stay here! The location was perfect, with numerous restaurants right on the beach and drinking spots nearby. The service was top-notch, with 24-hour room service and staff that were always ready to help. The amenities were also amazing, from the outdoor swimming pool to the sauna and spa centre. Plus, we loved the jacuzzi and treatment room. it was a relaxing trip just as we hoped!

We would definitely recommend this place to family and friends for a great staycation without hesitation!

The rooms were luxurious and spacious, with fantastic sea views and lovely bathrooms. the buffet restaurant had excellent quality food and a huge choice, and there were plenty of other dining options to try. -We loved the best kids club we've ever come across, with excellent staff and quality of care. -the pools were great, with a selection to choose from, including one with water slides for children. -the beach was beautiful, clean, and relaxing, with lots of family activities and games provided by the hotel.

There were not enough hangers or hanging space in the room, which was a bit inconvenient. The hotel's location on the Palm could make travel times longer, with potential traffic issues when traveling to and from the mainland.

This hotel is a wonderful place to stay. The location is amazing, right on the shore of the Dubai Palm, with a private beach to enjoy. The staff are very attentive and go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast is delicious with a nice view on the Dubai skyline.

The complimentary chocolate eggs were a nice touch and the Easter decorations were cute. the location was near some good restaurants and the beach was within walking distance. the pool was a decent size and there were some nice sun loungers to relax on.

The staff were not very friendly or helpful. Getting towels was a chore as they were always out of stock, and the room was not cleaned properly on arrival.

This hotel is simply exquisite! From the moment I arrived, I was pampered with luxurious amenities and excellent service. the Spa & wellness centre is outstanding with top, notch massages and body wraps. the swimming pool area is fantastic. the outdoor swimming pool area offers panoramic views of the city skyline while the indoor swimming pool is perfect for those who prefer to swim in a more private environment. the Jacuzzi is a must, try, and the beach access is a plus.
