As young families, we loved the proximity of Star Metro Deira to popular malls, eateries, and attractions. The room keeping service was excellent, and the gym and swimming pool were great for our active lifestyle. The kitchenette with cooking facilities was a big plus, allowing us to cook our favorite dishes during our stay. Special thanks to the Filipino receptionist, Ms. Norasel, who was responsive and attentive to all our queries. The staff, including the manager, were generally good, and Jean stood out as excellent. the hotel provided great value for money, and we would gladly stay there again.

The family suite we booked was spacious and well-equipped with facilities like a washing machine, kitchen, and two televisions. The hotel was also incredibly clean, making for a comfortable stay. The central location was a bonus, with attractions just a short drive away.

We stayed at a fantastic apart hotel with a great location. It is just a 3-minute walk to the metro, opposite a mall, and only a 10-minute taxi ride to the airport Terminal 2. The staff were extremely helpful and understanding, allowing us to check in early. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-equipped with useful amenities. The rooftop pool was a wonderful addition, and the Wi-Fi worked well. we had a fantastic experience at Star Metro Deira Hotel.

Stayed at this "luxury" hotel, but had to wait forever for check-in and the kitchen cabinets were just delightful, not to mention the lack of basic supplies. No step-free access to the pool, but who needs that anyway?

Check-in was a breeze and the apartment was spacious and comfy. Kitchen could use some updating and consumables would've been nice.
