We had a wonderful stay at DWTC. The apartment was spacious, well-equipped, and exceeded our expectations. The living room area was light and airy, and the separate bedroom and kitchen were a great feature. The staff, especially Ms. April at the front desk, were friendly and helpful, providing us with all the information we needed to navigate the city and enjoy our sightseeing. From the front desk to housekeeping, the service was of high quality and made us feel at home. Thank you, DWTC, for a fantastic experience.

This hotel is in a very strategic area, with easy access to the train station and the World Trade Centre. The rooms are well-maintained and have all the amenities needed. Plus, the included breakfast for vegetarians is a great value for the rate.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were perfect - everyone was nice, polite, and helpful. The apartment was spotless and exceeded our expectations. The location next door to the World Trade Center was great, and being very near the train station made it easy for us to explore the city. The hotel facilities were excellent, especially the 25-meter long pool with a nice view. We loved that the pool was open until 10 PM, unlike many other hotels in this city.

The Apartments, Dubai World Trade Centre Hotel Apartments offered spacious rooms, friendly staff, delicious breakfast, and excellent location.

Felt just like home, couldn't find any complaints.

This hotel is located in a very strategic area, right next to the conference center and the Trade Center Metro station. It's perfect for business travelers attending events at the World Trade Centre. The staff are very professional and supportive, making sure you have a smooth check-in process and assisting with any luggage needs. The rooms are well-maintained and have all the amenities you need, just like a fully equipped apartment. Plus, breakfast is included in the rate, which is definitely a bonus.

No improvements needed, everything was great!

The kitchenware and utensils in the apartment were complete, making it easy for us to prepare our meals. The location of the hotel was perfect, as it was within 10-20 minutes from all the places we wanted to visit. Additionally, we found a street behind the hotel with nice coffee shops and restaurants for breakfast and lunch, which was very convenient.

We were disappointed to find that the swimming pool was located very far from our block, as we were expecting it to be either down or up the building. The water supply in the bathroom was not good, as we couldn't use the shower while someone else was using it.

Spacious apartment for 4, located near trade center and restaurants, metro station nearby, good internet. Helpful and friendly staff made the stay enjoyable.

I had a fantastic stay at The Apartments, Dubai World Trade Centre Hotel. The location is extremely convenient, just a short distance from Sheikh Zayed Road and the Burj Khalifa area. My apartment was incredibly spacious and even had a balcony with stunning views of Sheikh Zayed Road. The reception staff, particularly Mr. Mahmoud, were incredibly helpful and made me feel welcome throughout my stay. The highlight of the hotel was definitely the pool area, with its breathtaking views and large pool.

The AC controls in my room were not working properly, and it was freezing all night, despite my attempts to adjust the temperature. The hotel staff initially moved me to a different room, but unfortunately, the AC controls in that room were also faulty.
