Staff made our stay special

The staff at The H Dubai were incredible! From a friendly welcome at check-in to quick room service, everyone was attentive and looking out for us. Special thanks to Mr Nfor for helping us plan our Dubai adventures. his recommendations made each day unforgettable.

The breakfast was delightful and varied each day.

During my stay, I faced significant issues with the housekeeping service. some days they did a stellar job while on others, it was evidently lacking. Additionally, I encountered an absurd situation where they tried to charge me 300 AED for a shampoo bottle that I hadn’t even used. This left me quite frustrated, and I had to insist they verify the amenities in my room to avoid unnecessary disputes.

To avoid crowded breakfast times, consider dining early or exploring the nearby restaurants for variety. The lobby area is spacious, making it suitable for casual meetings.

I enjoyed my time relaxing at a sleek bar where the bartender, Jel, served drinks with a personal touch. It made my evening special. The gym had all the equipment I needed to maintain my routine, which was great. I appreciated their focus on sustainability, especially the investment in a biodigester for waste management. On the whole, it felt like a refresh of my spirit. I've traveled through many artful places, and this was a unique experience for me.

such a disappointment! Rooms felt like a time capsule, absoluteley outdated. breakfast was a disaster with children sneezing over the food, and to top it off, no one offered me a room upgrade after all the complaints I made. was I supposed to be treated like a regular guest? shameful, really.

Fantastic hotel, exceptional service, and convenient dining options, the breakfast was delightful and the fitness center was state-of-the-art. plus, it’s just a 10-minute stroll from the World Trade Centre.

Amazing service and views!

I had an incredible time! The view from my room was just stunning, and the service was top-notch. Room service was super quick, and I loved grabbing snacks at the poolside bar. One little hiccup was that it took a minute to get extra towels, but really, that’s minor. Overall, a must-visit!

Our stay was fantastic with an amazing complimentary room upgrade, and the dining at Eat and Meet was just as incredible, but the breakfast options were a bit limited.

The Diplomatic One Bedroom Suite with City View offered a spacious layout, but the lingering smell of cigarette smoke detracted from the luxury experience. Housekeeping entered the suite unannounced, which was unsettling. The breakfast spread was limited but the chef was happy to accommodate special requests, creating a more enjoyable dining experience. Guests should be aware of the nightclub presence, as it may not be suitable for families seeking a quieter atmosphere.

The location was excellent, close to attractions like the Dubai Frame and fabulous dining options. Free early check-in was a game changer!

Felt cosy, no reason to complain.

The staff are incredibly warm and always smiling 😊. Room service was quick and the breakfast options were plentiful but could cater better to international tastes. The pool area is a lovely spot to relax.

This place suits me perfectly with 24-hour reception, a fantastic poolside snack bar, and a great fitness center. I still remember how the staff helped me return my forgotten shower bag on my first stay. I highly recommend it for relaxing stays, and I’m coming back for a romantic escape.
