Luxurious stay with excellent service. The glass-walled bathroom was stunning, and the pool provided a welcome respite from the heat. The location was a bit out of the way, but taxis were affordable and concierge staff were always on hand to arrange transport. we had a wonderful short stay at H.

Although there were some minor issues with loud adjacent rooms and limited breakfast options, H's excellent service made up for it. we would highly recommend this hotel.

We loved our stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, with an open area and metro station nearby, making it easy for us to explore the city. The service was excellent, with friendly and helpful staff from bellman to Manager. The room amenities were fantastic, including air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a mini-bar. We also enjoyed the dining restaurant, which offered a continental breakfast, in-room breakfast, and halal food. The outdoor heated swimming pool and jacuzzi were a great way to relax after a busy day.

This hotel is a great value for money! The location is perfect for exploring the city with easy access to the metro station. The staff is very friendly and attentive to detail, ensuring basic amenities are clean and well-maintained. The breakfast offered a variety of international cuisine, including hot and cold drinks.

All was perfect!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The Diplomatic suite was perfect for me as a smoker, and it had a great view from the 30th floor. The room was very spacious and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The hotel is located right on Sheikh Zayed Road, making it close to everything. I was able to easily visit all the attractions, such as the Dubai Mall, which only cost me 40 AED. There were also plenty of restaurants in the area, including one that I really wanted to try. The hotel facilities were excellent, including a large lobby where I could relax with coffee and chat with friends. The staff, particularly the manager Nash, were very attentive and resolved any issues I had quickly. The breakfast was fresh and had a great variety, suitable even for children. I highly recommend staying at this hotel.

Luxurious suites, extensive breakfast buffet, and helpful staff make for an exceptional stay. The bartenders at the lively in-house bars serve handcrafted cocktails and premium spirits, complementing the expansive restaurants and lounges available. Excellent valet service and cheerful bellhops add the cherry on top of an already fantastic experience.

Our stay at the 2-bedroom residence was great. The location was perfect as it was close to the World Trade Center and everything else. The proximity to the metro station made it easy for us to explore the city. The room was comfortable, and the bathroom was clean. Room service was always available, and the breakfast was excellent. The lobby was attractive.

There was an off-putting smell of cigarettes in the corridors, which was quite unpleasant.

The staff was extremely friendly and dedicated, making us feel like the most important guests. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with separate sitting areas and luxurious bathrooms. The hotel's location was convenient, close to a metro station. The breakfast buffet offered a variety of hot and cold options, including an egg station, and the coffee was excellent. We were also impressed by the honesty of the staff, as they quickly found and returned a valuable item we had left behind.our experience at H Hotel was superb, and we hope to stay there again soon.

The arrangements made by the staff for our romantic escape were absolutely fantastic. We were greeted with a luxury car airport pick-up, as well as balloons, cake, and flower petals in our room. It was such a lovely surprise and really set the tone for our stay. the room itself was beautiful, with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. the staff were also excellent, providing top-notch service throughout our entire visit. We couldn't have asked for more.

One drawback of our stay was the crowded main entrance of the hotel. It took a bit longer than expected to get our car ready, which was a bit frustrating.

The hotel offered us a free upgrade to a larger room, which was perfect for our family with three kids. The staff was incredibly helpful, assisting us with taxi arrangements and luggage. The breakfast buffet had delicious and fresh bread, and we particularly enjoyed the complimentary coffee and tea facilities in the room. The swimming pool was also a hit with our kids, as it was well-maintained and inviting. The hotel's close proximity to the airport made our travel convenient.
