The facilities were new and clean, and we enjoyed a peaceful stay without any noise from neighboring rooms. The chef, Ralph, was friendly and made delicious breakfasts. We loved watching the local deer outside the window.

Felt safe walking at night, no complaints.

We got great value for our money, with a room that had its own living room space, perfect for visiting family. The hotel's location was convenient, within walking distance of downtown, and the staff treated us exceptionally well.

As for breakfast options, it could have been improved with a wider variety of choices.

The food was phenomenal, especially the Spanish quiche, and we loved being able to chat with Chef Ralph. He was not only a talented chef but also went above and beyond by feeding the local deer outside the window with fruit. It was such a unique and delightful experience!

I recently stayed at Fairfield Inn in Durango for a few nights. The breakfast area was run by a friendly and helpful gentleman. The staff was kind, personable, and the rooms were clean. The location was conveniently close to everything, yet quiet and private. The hotel was well designed and maintained, and the entire staff was excellent and very friendly. I also appreciated the option to use my own accounts for streaming services like Netflix and Hulu. Thank you to the cleaning staff for finding and returning my rain jacket!
