I had a great experience at the Ritz-Carlton. the staff were extremely helpful and had a great attitude towards assisting guests. the rooms were very comfortable and the cleaning service was excellent. the hotel is located in a nice area with plenty of fine dining options nearby. the SPA at the hotel is also one of the best in Dubai.

I recently stayed at a hotel in the heart of the financial area for a 3-day conference. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, even going the extra mile to accommodate my request for rooms on the same floor as my friend. The hotel itself was impeccable, offering a variety of amenities including a spa with affordable and luxurious treatments. The location was ideal, with easy access to nearby attractions such as the Dubai Mall and plenty of taxis available right outside.

Despite a few minor drawbacks, such as limited TV programs and a small lobby area, my overall experience was exceptional. I highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel is the perfect location for a private event in a business center. It's just a short walk away from the financial area, and a quick taxi ride to the Dubai Mall. The rooms are clean, well-maintained, and offer a gorgeous view of the city. The breakfast is delicious and the staff is attentive to every need. With facilities like the health club and multiple restaurants, you'll never be bored.

The lobby area can get crowded at times.

Complementary chocolate and flowers on arrival was a romantic gesture. Also enjoyed the complementary wine and cheese tasting. Great location in the center of the city and close to all the best restaurants in the area. Room service was prompt and efficient.

The bill at check-out was a complete shock and added a negative tone to our romantic escape. We were charged for items that we never ordered or received, which left a bad taste in our mouths.

Good Here, we received a high, end service from the moment we arrived. Our room was spacious, clean and well, maintained. We enjoyed extra amenities such as the spa lounge and indoor pool that perfectly complemented the luxurious stay we wanted. the highly trained staff and efficient service added to our stay, making us feel so pampered. the in, room breakfast exceeded our expectations, and the effortlessly polite staff who served us cannot be underestimated.

Cons Here, the only minor issue we encountered was some confusion about connecting rooms upon check, in. the housekeeping staff responded quickly, making up for the inconvenience.

My stay at this hotel was fantastic. The room was spacious with a beautiful view of the water gliding on the glass surface of the building. The location in the center of the financial area was perfect, surrounded by exceptional cafes, restaurants, and bars. The staff went above and beyond, upgrading me to a premier room and providing excellent service throughout my stay.
