J'ai passé un séjour agréable dans cet hôtel bien situé. La chambre était confortable et calme, idéale pour se reposer après une journée bien remplie à visiter la ville. De plus, la proximité de la gare et du centre-ville m'a permis de me déplacer facilement et de profiter des nombreux restaurants à proximité. Le personnel était accueillant et à l'écoute, apportant des recommandations utiles pour découvrir les monuments de la ville. Le petit-déjeuner offrait un choix varié et savoureux pour bien commencer la journée.

Le parking de l'hôtel était limité, ce qui rendait difficile de trouver une place pour ma voiture.

I recently stayed at a hotel in the heart of the financial area for a 3-day conference. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, even going the extra mile to accommodate my request for rooms on the same floor as my friend. The hotel itself was impeccable, offering a variety of amenities including a spa with affordable and luxurious treatments. The location was ideal, with easy access to nearby attractions such as the Dubai Mall and plenty of taxis available right outside.

I felt like royalty during my stay at The Ritz-Carlton. The staff treated me with utmost care and made me feel truly special. The spa experience was divine, leaving me completely relaxed and rejuvenated. The hotel's location was convenient, with several top-rated restaurants to choose from. Despite a few minor drawbacks, such as limited TV programs and a small lobby area, my overall experience was exceptional. I highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel is the perfect location for a private event in a business center. It's just a short walk away from the financial area, and a quick taxi ride to the Dubai Mall. The rooms are clean, well-maintained, and offer a gorgeous view of the city. The breakfast is delicious and the staff is attentive to every need. With facilities like the health club and multiple restaurants, you'll never be bored.

The lobby area can get crowded at times.

the ritz-carlton made our anniversary memorable. the staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and happiness. the spa treatments were incredible, and the location was perfect for shopping and exploring. we will definitely return.

Complementary chocolate and flowers on arrival was a romantic gesture. enjoyed the complementary wine and cheese tasting. Great location in the center of the city and close to all the best restaurants in the area. Room service was prompt and efficient.

The bill at check-out was a complete shock and added a negative tone to our romantic escape. We were charged for items that we never ordered or received, which left a bad taste in our mouths.

My stay at this hotel was fantastic. The room was spacious with a beautiful view of the water gliding on the glass surface of the building. The location in the center of the financial area was perfect, surrounded by exceptional cafes, restaurants, and bars. The staff went above and beyond, upgrading me to a premier room and providing excellent service throughout my stay.
