My stay had several issues that were frustrating. The room was quite hot at night, and despite searching for a fan, none was provided, forcing me to open a noisy window to the inner courtyard. Additionally, the shower had a narrow glass enclosure, which resulted in water splashing everywhere, making for an unpleasant experience. It's disappointing to pay a decent amount for a room and run into these inconveniences.

this hotel might be in a nice location, but the dusty room and moldy smell definitely ruined it for me. i also can't believe no one thought to offer me a room upgrade for all my troubles. their breakfast was just plain and boring, not worth the calories. i almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t.

The lack of an elevator makes lugging bags up several flights a hassle!!! I experienced poor TV reception which made evenings less enjoyable. The absence of a bar or gym is quite disappointing!!! Room cleanliness could use a bit of a boost as well!!!
