The location of the hotel was great, as it was close to a popular shopping mall and metro station. This made it convenient for exploring the city and getting around. The apartment itself was a good size and had a well-equipped kitchen with a large fridge. It was also nice to have a small pool on the roof with a beautiful view. The gym, although small, had fair equipment and was sufficient for a quick workout.

Upon arrival, the sofa bed was not ready and we had to ask for help. We were only provided with one bedsheet and a couple of blankets, with no pillows.

The staff at the hotel, especially Aisha and Shamim, were incredibly friendly, efficient, and kept the environment clean. The front desk staff was also cooperative, making it feel like a home away from home.

We enjoyed the convenience of having a balcony and access to a swimming pool and gym. the location was perfect, with two metro stations nearby and the Mall of the Emirates just a short walk away. the staff were friendly, always ready to help, and made us feel at home. it was a great experience.

Nothing it is perfect.

We enjoyed the free breakfast which was a nice bonus, and the location of the hotel was perfect, just a short walk to the beach. the pool was a nice place to relax and soak up some sun.

Our room was not clean upon our arrival and it had a strange smell. the staff was unresponsive when we reported the issue and we had to clean it ourselves.
